The data collected by TCHAO TCHAO is used for the complete execution of your simulation, quote request, reservation or rental contract: invoicing, information on the follow-up of deliveries/recovery, technical intervention, customer accounting, collection, claims, management of litigation, insurance management, use of the customer area.

How long will your data be kept?
The data of the active prospecting database is kept for three years from your last contact. The data necessary for the pursuit of the purposes mentioned, for the justification of our services, for the preservation of our rights, and for the respect of the legal obligations incumbent upon us are kept for the time necessary for the pursuit of these purposes, for the obligations incumbent upon us (such as the conservation of the accounting documents and the supporting documents under the terms of article L 123-22 of the commercial code), and for the rules of prescriptions applicable according to the nature of the rights concerned.
