WHAT IS THE RETURNS PROCEDURE?
- You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your intention to return the product. by email to info@tchao-tchao.com. Please include your order details (product(s) being returned, order number, name and address).
- We will then provide you with instructions for returning the items concerned. Depending on the package type of your order the return may be made to a collection point or handled by a carrier who will collect the goods from your home.
- Once the order has been returned and received in our warehouses, it will be checked. The product must be returned unaltered, unused and in its original packaging.
- Tchao Tchao will refund the full purchase price of the product as soon as possible after the return.. The refund will be made within 14 days after you have informed us of your intention to return the product, provided that the product is returned to our warehouse or that proof of return is provided.
- As a customer, you have the right to examine the product after receipt. However, if visible damage resulting from the use of the product is noted, and goes beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, you will be held responsible.
- In addition, if the product is returned to us damaged due to insufficient packaging, Tchao Tchao reserves the right to refund only part of the product or to refuse to refund if it is impossible to resell.
- Shipping costs associated with the return are at the customer's expense if the right of retraction is exercised. The return can be organized by Tchao Tchao to save you time and minimize costs. Return shipping costs are equivalent to the shipping costs paid for the order.
