Ideal for adventurous duo trips, the 2-person Van Kit can be assembled (and disassembled) in your vehicle in just 5 minutes. Spacious sleeping area measuring 1.90m x 1.40m and 8 cm thick foams guarantee optimum comfort.


It can be fitted with 1 or 2 seats as required. 


The van and fourgon layout kit is equipped with a retractable sink, a table for 2 people and a fold-out shelf, plus plenty of storage space for nearby living.

WHAT IS THE RETURNS PROCEDURE?

- You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your intention to return the product. by email to info@tchao-tchao.com. Please include your order details (product(s) being returned, order number, name and address).

- We will then provide you with instructions for returning the items concerned. Depending on the package type of your order the return may be made to a collection point or handled by a carrier who will collect the goods from your home.

- Once the order has been returned and received in our warehouses, it will be checked. The product must be returned unaltered, unused and in its original packaging.

- Tchao Tchao will refund the full purchase price of the product as soon as possible after the return.. The refund will be made within 14 days after you have informed us of your intention to return the product, provided that the product is returned to our warehouse or that proof of return is provided.

- As a customer, you have the right to examine the product after receipt. However, if visible damage resulting from the use of the product is noted, and goes beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, you will be held responsible.

- In addition, if the product is returned to us damaged due to insufficient packaging, Tchao Tchao reserves the right to refund only part of the product or to refuse to refund if it is impossible to resell.

- Shipping costs associated with the return are at the customer's expense if the right of retraction is exercised. The return can be organized by Tchao Tchao to save you time and minimize costs. Return shipping costs are equivalent to the shipping costs paid for the order.

What modifications should I make to my car?

Simply fold down the rear seat, or remove it if it doesn't fold down.

Is the kit compatible with my car registration?

YES. You can transport the kit in compliance with national and European regulations because it is completely removable.

My car is not on the list, what should I do?

You can consult the page of compatible cars. If you have any doubt, please contact us. 

Are the kits guaranteed?

Yes, the kits are guaranteed for 5 years. We don't use glue in the furniture assembly process, which means we can easily replace any damaged parts...for a sustainable, less expensive approach.


What's more, each piece is varnished on both sides for lasting wood protection. The varnish complies with the European "toys for children" standard.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, you can pay in two instalments free of charge by bank transfer and up to 4 instalments free of charge by credit card.

How long does the installation take?

About 15 minutes for the first installation and about 5 minutes for the following ones.

How does the delivery work?

The kit is stored on a pallet and protected by suitable, eco-responsible packaging. The pallet is entrusted to a specialized carrier, who makes an appointment with you to arrange a delivery time. Delivery times are approximately 1 to 3 days in metropolitan France.

How does the first installation work?

The first installation always goes very smoothly :-) An installation manual is supplied with the kit to guide you step by step. Video tutorials are also available. Finally, the Tchao Tchao technical team is at your disposal by e-mail (info@tchao-tchao.com) and by telephone 07 81 00 43 31 to answer any questions you may have.
